Snow Days/Abbreviated Schedule

In the event of bad weather, sometimes APS will declare an Abbreviated Day.  When this happens, students will report to school at 10:45 a.m. Students will be dismissed at the regular time of 3:43 p.m.  This holds true even on Wednesday.  Students will arrive at 10:45 a.m. and they will stay at school until 3:43 p.m. if we have an abbreviated day on Wednesday.  Please be aware that the Before School Program will be CANCELED in the event of an abbreviated day.  

Before and After School Programs

At Pajarito, we offer a before and after school program for students through the Rio Grande Educational Collaborative (RGEC).  

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday.

Morning session - 6:45 a.m. to 8:40 a.m.

Afternoon Session - 3:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Use of Personal Electronic Devices

Pajarito Elementary complies with the APS policy regarding the acceptable use of technology at school.

  • The student who possesses a personal electronic device shall be solely responsible for its care.
